IT Solutions Architect

Full Location: Bengaluru - IN

Our IT Solutions Architect is responsible for supporting the organizations computer systems by troubleshooting and resolving errors. When not resolving issues the IT Solutions Architect will assist the IT team by contributing to product development and improving process.

In this role you will:

  • Provide production support with initial troubleshooting and issue resolution and escalating when required
  • Test transcript creation and execution
  • Defect management, tracking, and reporting
  • Gather and document technical requirements
  • Perform database and metrics collection via automation
  • Develop, administer, and configure web-based software and systems
  • Manage system integration across web services
  • Maintain current knowledge of prevalent systems across customer vertical
  • Spearhead project coordination
  • Gather and iterative development of pre-sales assets

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • QA or UAT experience
  • Skilled in handling changing priorities quickly and professionally
  • Ability to work in an environment with remote team members
  • Successful at working independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Highly developed skills in Excel
  • Project Management Skills
  • Coding Knowledge
  • Capable of working in an environment where up to 50 percent of task may not be repetitive
  • Skilled in leading and coordinating with individuals who are on different teams
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter
  • Proven ability to establish process / discipline / rigor
