Human Resource Analyst - Seasonal

The Human Resource Analyst - Seasonal is responsible for gathering and extracting HR-relevant data to perform qualitative and quantitative techniques to help analyze behavior patterns, pinpoint possible root causes of employee issues and concerns and help formulate probable actions and solutions. The position is responsible for the preparation of HR reports and the release of HR Communications. The Human Resource Analyst - Seasonal provides support to the VP of Human Resources in monitoring progress of ongoing HR projects.


In this role you will:

  • Collect and analyze HR data.
  • Review, interpret, and recommend policy, process, or program improvements.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboard.
  • Track headcount by site, job level, tenure, age group, and department.
  • Have responsibility for HR communications.
  • Prepare and release memorandums and announcements.
  • Monitor reading compliance via RNET alerts.
  • Monitor HR SharePoint page.
  • Monitor progress and status of HR projects and initiatives (such as RNet enhancements, performance and succession management).
  • Proofread company policies and procedures, presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Research and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual. improvements in efficiency of the services performed.
  • Process compliance and process audit preparation.
  • Maintain organizational charts.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • High proficiency with computers, Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems).
  • Expert skills in Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical documentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
